Aluminum AcetateĀ is sometimes preferred over Alum to mordant cellulose fibres and fabrics. It is the salt of aluminum, hydroxide and acetate.Ā SomeĀ people find thatĀ natural dyes develop to a richer shade on cellulose when mordanted with Aluminum Acetate.
Use at 5-8% WOF.
