At Maiwa, we take pride in our handcrafted textiles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached into the original shipping packaging if possible.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
